The draft of this policy, which has been stalled for the last eight months, has been completed, and soon it will be placed in the cabinet meeting for final approval. This policy was to be announced by Mahavikas Aghadi on the occasion of Women's Day last year, but the women's policy was stalled due to non-approval of this proposal. Soon the proposal in this regard, Chief Minister Eknath Shindeand Minister Devendra Fadnavis will be sent to the Minister, and after his approval, it will be placed in the Cabinet meeting for final approval.

In this, a plan has been prepared for the implementation of the policy and department-wise responsibilities have been determined. The policy emphasizes quality and affordable health facilities, educational facilities and infrastructure for girls, women and third class.

The Women's Policy proposes to establish a mechanism to increase the representation and participation of women-third parties in all three branches of the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary.
