My dear brothers and sisters fighting for equal human rights, my Jai Bharat, Jai Constitution and Jai Bhima to you all!
Brother for honoring me by presiding over the golden jubilee session of Bhatkya Vimukt Jamati SangathanLaxman ManeExpresses gratitude towards them. Appreciate all the achievements in Prajnamancha.
Brothers, all the primitive societies of the world were nomadic. Some of those domineering nomads attacked the rest of the assembly and straight nomads. Destroying their original populist and egalitarian republics, replacing them with monarchies, caste heterogeneity and introducing alien class divisions. All of us colored-rusted people are today's forms of the original civilized and straightforward nomads, we are the people of the Indus Sramana culture! We are Nagaloks. When the Buddha spoke, we went into his light. Dhammapriya Ashoka Buddhistized India. We became Indian citizens of that Buddhist India. In recent times, Jotirao Phuli, Shahu Raja, Babasaheb Ambedkar and the Indian Constitution have written new clauses of our emancipation. We represent the history of lighting in India.
We are the heirs of primitive society. Our primitive ancestors roamed freely. They were also relatives of the freely wandering wind, the waves of the ocean and the freely wandering light that dispels the darkness. Not all of them wandered off to see the sights. They wandered in search of life and creation, they wandered in search of food and water, and this was because our ancestors were free, because the borders of the country were not fixed, so they were free in all directions. The whole earth was one nation to him. There was a village. They had no fear of wandering. Their communication was not restricted anywhere. In this sense, they are liberated. They are omnipresent.

All of us sitting here and all the people of the world till date are the descendants of this primitive nomadism. Nomadism is our origin. If we all go in search of our roots, we will reach these nomads. In recent times, some of these nomadic people have been called nomadic people. Forgetting one's roots is a disease, and it has infected many in the future. This forgetting of our roots and our innocent primitiveness has created complex problems in human life as a whole. These questions have to do with the death of our pure and simple humanity. This is where our dependency is born. Indus culture etc.
The East lived in this period for seven thousand years. Thousands of years before this civilization, a nomadic society developed into the Ganas. The community then traveled to Mehrgarh, Meluha and Sindhusbhyata. It started thousands of years ago. These mixed cultures got the name Sramana culture from the characteristics of its lifestyle. In this culture, all purposeful nomads were free. It did not belong to anyone. During this period, the wanderings of these freed people had stopped. This is an extraordinary transition in the life of Vimukta. This form is further endangered. Their emancipation ended and again their wanderlust took possession of them.
Etc. S. In 3000 BC, a tribe from Persia attacked the Indus culture. These people made every effort to establish their ownership over the native people here. Vedas created Chaturvarna. This type was new to the natives here. Those who readily agreed to be reconciled with them, were relegated to the second rank by the Vedic Chaturvanyas, and those who refused Vedic Chaturvarna harmony to preserve their independence were made Shudras as punishment. But in order to preserve their vimukta i.e. to preserve their independence, those who fought with the Vedics, the Etaddeshiyas who did not accept the sovereignty of the Vedics, were thrown out of their settlements.
The Vedics divided such purposes into three categories. They beat a group in the darkness of the forest. They are called tribals. Another group was taken out of their villages, but hung between the forest and the village. That group should keep wandering. Beg. Villagers should do small jobs. They should not stop even in the village. Do not even go into the forest. They should wander in this middle wilderness.
Their wanderings had stopped during the period of the Indusramana culture. It started again because of the Vedics. Their original freedom was threatened. In his way, a sovereign now began to wander, struggling with the lack. Another third group of nations was made by the Vedics. He was considered another. Later, they were considered untouchables. Those who came from Persia were also nomads. But this handful of nomads divided the original nomads here into Shudras, tribals, untouchables and nomads.
Those who did not surrender to the Vedics, did not accept their servitude and refused to conform to the caste system were punished by the Vedics. It was a punishment for fighting for freedom. These people suffered mountains of sufferings, digested the poison of neglect, wind damage, but their freedom - they did not pledge it to the Vedics. So I consider all these people as the first revolutionaries of the country called India. He was the first freedom fighter of the country. Siblings, we are all the heirs of these freedom fighters. Your freedom was killed by the supremacists here and nomadism bound your feet. Wanderlust is chasing you today, and you are chasing your liberation or freedom.
Nomadism had a different meaning before the Indus nomadic culture. Nomadism today has a different meaning. They wandered with nomadic freedom. Today's nomadism is wandering with independence. Find out who put an end to your freedom and who punished you for the wandering that is still going on today. This is the system against which Lokayat philosophy, our republics, Buddha and more recently Phule-Shahu-Ambedkar have waged a fundamental struggle. That is what we call heteronormative and exploitative.
Brothers and sisters, we should correct the definition of Arya-Anarya. We are basically Arya. Buddha called 'Aryans' the people who created republics, matriarchies and monotheistic monarchies and built developed trading cities in the Indus civilization. Arya means the best! Babasaheb has also pointed to Arya in this Sindhusraman culture. That means you are the Aryans or noble people of India. On the other hand, gangs from foreign countries were non-Aryan.
He called himself Arya to distinguish himself as the original Arya here. We should reverse the definition of Arya and Anarya! All the people of this country are Aryans, as Buddha and Babasaheb Ambedkar say. All our indigenous ancestors were superior to outsiders, neither violent nor predatory. He was not only materially Aryan, but also morally Aryan. They were universal and democratic people. Primitive Communism was the free lifestyle of these Aryans. It means that we were never Anarya.

We were the original Arya. In India, the conflict between the original Ayyas and Aryas started with the name Aryas, who distorted the concept of Arya. Are these real Aryans who are secularists, egalitarians, and foreigners, or are they the real Aryans who push ninety percent of the people here into the fire of second-classity by creating a caste system for their own supremacy? It should be considered. That is, upayas decided us to be superiors. Others judge us as others. Tenants made homeowners tenants. "Asuni is a special owner of the house, calling him a thief. This reversal has cost us dearly. It is still falling. The population began to grow. New towns began to be built.
To increase the area of agriculture, the forest area started shrinking for urban development. These people had to leave the forest and go to the shelter of cities and villages. The British made new laws regarding forests. They were declared thieves and criminals. This wind clan was imprisoned. Due to curfew and attendance, the lives of the nomads became confined. The Criminal Tribes Act was enacted by the British. There was a big reaction against this law. The Indian constitution adopted the principle of universal equality, but this act was repealed in 1952.
The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.' (Articles 14, 15, 16, 19 lays down the ideal constitution of equality. 'The State shall endeavor to minimize disparities in income and to eliminate disparities in status, facilities and opportunities.') Article 44 It insists on compulsory education of all children. The forty-sixth article clearly states that "the State shall promote the educational and economic interests of the weaker sections and especially the scheduled castes and protect them from all forms of exploitation." Article twenty-three provides for reservation of seats in the Lok Sabha. Article 341 and 342 also provide for the special rights of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Articles The constitution has established the equal interest of all the nomads in all areas, such as rights, guiding principles of state policy and fundamental duties.
This is true, but have all these provisions been implemented since 1950? Why not? During the last seventy-two years, the community of nomads has been waiting for their wanderings to cease and their emancipation. In 1947, he also got freedom in principle. This freedom and the guarantee of equality given by the Constitution to the nomads remained in the Constitution. There is a reason for this. Care is taken to ensure that power does not go into the hands of all the weak elements, including nomads. Care is taken to ensure that transformational movements are not effective.
Self-government has been achieved, but it will never pass through the hands of the upper castes. Only visible and invisible efforts are being made. Lower people are allowed access to power, but care is taken to ensure that they do not end up in the power palanquin of the upper castes. That is why Babasaheb said in his speech on 6th September 1954 “Our country includes two different nations. One is a nation of rulers and the other is a nation of the ruled. All the backward classes belong to the second type of nation. Babasaheb says, power has been monopolized by a handful of upper castes.
Brothers and sisters, the condition of all of us has been made very bad by upper caste politics in India. I am also a wanderer. I, too, wander without straying to find the ultimate truth of our salvation. Beyond that, I wander to find the burning truth of the common worldly interests of all. I am wandering in search of all kinds of mental liberation. With Babasaheb Ambedkar's name in my head, with the wealth of human rights given by the constitution, I am also wondering as the light of pure humanity to the people. In a different context, there have been many nomads in the world who seek the truth of all-compassion, all-liberation and all-embracing, and today there are many nomads who seek the alternative of non-exploitation to the exploitative world. But one thing I must say, brothers and sisters.
There are no a few around us who turn their backs on Sarvavimuktaya and all Sambhavaya truth and wander in the darkness of lies. Today, the wisdom of thought and the genius of literature have gone astray. The politics of the country is also wandering with a closed mind. Wandering determinedly. Phule-Shahu-Ambedkar and turning his back on the Constitution, turning his back on secularism and reconciliation. Most nomads are seen in politics today because of the break with liberation. Brothers and sisters, your wanderings are very insignificant in front of these great wanderings!
Brethren, it is true that tribals, nomads, untouchables are not Hindus. During the time of Dhammapriya Ashoka, the whole of India was Buddhist. The word "Buddhist" was erased from the forehead of most of them and the word "Hindu" was written there in the ninth-tenth century. Chaturvarna does not include Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. In this sense, all these people are free from religion, but the painful truth is that caste crept in even among the tribals, nomads and untouchables. All these nomadic groups remained separated from each other due to these castes. This was a precaution that all these groups would not come together. Although not all of these were Vedic or post-ninth-tenth-century Hindus, castes entered them. Asymmetry entered.
This process is what Babasaheb called 'imitation infection'. Infection is a hindrance! Siblings! The senior castes and classes feel that Satyanash should happen in the future as it happened in our era. This is a matter of power continuity. Once the British looted the country, now the black people are looting the country. Buddha Phule-Shahu-Ambedkar and western enlightenment and modernity opened the doors of liberation for all our poor. Since the 1950s, the neo-feudalists, capitalists and chaturvarnas here have been closing those doors.
Siblings, 'You have done petty theft to big thieves. But big thieves did not become criminals. Your petty thieves have become criminals. From time immemorial, the great robbers here have looted the sweat earnings of the poor. Their glories were not born of their hardships. But they became feudal. Homeowners and homeowners became owners of wealth, and you became poor with your hardships. No one called these famous and notorious robbers members of the criminal tribe. You committed petty theft.
Now you have left that chocha too. However, their robberies have skyrocketed, but no one calls these thieves simple thieves. No one even called these grand robbers simple robbers. Eighty-five percent of people like you, this fifteen percent of Gabbar Singh got the fruits of their labor. You are the founder of society and the country, but now the country has to be found in the throat of this robber. It is a reflection of the sufferings of all the poor among you.
Brethren, you are not vagabonds. You have been led astray by the great wanderers. Look around today. Politicians are leaving their parties to patronize parties to hide corruption, to whitewash multi-crore robberies. People easily move from one party to another to hide thousands of crores worth of robberies. So all this chaos has its roots in corruption. The representatives elected by the people become owners of thousands of crores in five years. What good will this politics do to the people and the country? They go into politics to develop the power to rob people. Now the country has become apolitical and valueless. Corruption has started in the country.
Capitalists decide which party to elect. Then he takes the middling capitalists to the ranks of the richest people in the world. Election is an investment. Wealthy people and new feudal lords also make this investment. A ladder is used for that. This is a sure way to fail banks. The Mallya gang goes abroad with thousands of crores. Farmers are charged for a loan of fifty thousand. Farmers give their lives. Those who cannot become successful corruptors have only death as their basis.
Millions of people are free to do corruption in the country. But you are only being punished for your gentility. Your only crime is that you do not wander at the whim of a party to acquire vast wealth, mount it, and save it. Brethren, people are not punished for their wickedness. You are being punished for your goodness. In the past, we were heroes. He became the creator of the Induran culture. Even earlier, we created egalitarian and communist republics. Due to foreign invasions, we suffered. Until the repeal of the Criminal Code in 1952, our past was unfree, bound and henceforth unfree in principle. But our past does not leave us as the constitution is not properly implemented. We, the owners of the country, were trampled under foot. We still don't get parity. But those who play the game of power play with their lives.
We should build an education movement so that what happened to us in the Middle Ages does not happen to the future generations. Education will make us proud. If you associate yourself with the constitutional power of the country, you will realize that you are not alone. By dividing us, exploitative power deprives us of power. Don't lose heart. Commit to reviving your crushed dreams. We do not come together because that is what the system has imposed on us. These rites bring us together. Our future and the very process of our power acquisition has been put to sleep. Now we have to create our own power. We should associate ourselves with constitutionalist groups, parties, writers, artists, organizations and movements in all fields.
As Babasaheb Ambedkar says, OBCs, Scheduled Castes, Tribes and all minorities need us all to come together. As Babasaheb himself says, all the above people burned in the fire of inequality and exploitation throughout history. There are people gone. The Indian Constitution has granted ownership of India to all of them in principle. Put aside your destructive culture and identity of the interest of exploitative power and consolidate in your head the one great identity of the Constitution. Be one get organized.
Siblings! This is the path to power for all of you and political power is the path to liberation for all of you! At this convention, we hope that we will take this pledge and put it into practice. Thank you!
